This may go down because it only says 56 today, it isn't getting many views right now just like my websites, I suspect it will pick back up. anyway this is a good carnival blog. Has many advertisers that you may be able to steel. It also has ways to promote your site.

First I have to register with the secretary of state with a 501c3 application (charitable) 50$

-Mount Vernon Parks Department - 336-6215 Talked to Rochelle. She said I had to fill out a special event application-35$.
Rochelle said I have to get insurance. I can probably pay monthly fee. Mount Vernon goes thru WCIA website: ebi-ins.com/tulip. I will most likely have to set up in a park. I can set up for as long as requested - 5 to 7 days maybe but not gauranteed. Not likely I will have to pay to set up in location.
